Yes we all know that there is a well known said"Early to bed And Early to rise,makes a man healthy and wise".According to a research it's proved that those who are waking up early their brain functions 100% in the morning,as a result they can do any work more efficiently and gracefully.It helps them to focus on a particular work at a time.

You will feel Energetic and Fresh all day long and improves your working capability.Obviously a rested mind is more prepared for what the day has to throw at it. Because you will be more organized and energized (as explained below), you are also more prepared to take on what life throws at you. Not only will you mood be better equipped to handle any issues that arise, but long term problems are more likely to be solved with more ease due to your brain’s ability to problem solve through the night if you are getting a good night’s rest.
Let’s face it, we all know that fewer distractions equal better productivity. During the weekends I know rising early will allow me a few quiet hours to write before the sound of children playing fill the house- or the interruptions for more milk and cereal ensue. Early risers also have a tendency to set their day’s goals out before them and have a higher rate of completion, mostly because they are able to take advantage of uninterrupted work to get a head start. Getting to the office ,before your colleagues also keeps you from procrastinating over the coffee pot, and allows you to focus and concentrate on the task at hand without the thought of what else needs to be accomplished before having to leave for the day. Your problems are essentially laid out before you and you can check them off your list as you move through the day.
An early riser is no doubt diligent and a man who is diligent is sure to shine if life. The span of human life is brief and so every moment of it is valuable. Only an early riser can use the most of his time and can attain success.
However, it should be noted that proper rest of mind and body is as important as early rising. To ensure that your body and mind get proper rest, you should go to sleep in time. If you go to bed late at night, and wake up early in the morning, then you will feel fatigue and dull during the entire day. Thus, you should develop the habit of going early to bed and rising up early in the morning.
2:ADD FITNESS IN DAILY LIFE.

Yes we know that "HEALTH IS WEALTH".But in this busy running world we neglect out Health also.So add Fitness into your lifestyle to make it healthier than others.It not also fit our body but also helps you to stay Mentally fit.
- FITNESS DOES NOT MEAN GOING TO GYM:
"I always tell my patients any time you can get up and move is the best time to work out. It doesn't matter if it's in the morning, middle of the day or at night," said Dr. Irvin Sulapas, assistant professor of family and community medicine at Baylor and primary care sports medicine physician. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends "Exercising at minimum 150 minutes per week" ,but you can spread that out however you want – 30 minutes five times a week or an hour three times a week.
YOU CAN BE FIT BY DOING THIS:
1.Use the stairs instead of the elevator.
2.Park farther away so you get in a few extra steps.
4.During your lunch break, take a walk for 15 to 20 minutes around the block to get in some exercise
5.Instead of carrying a big water bottle or thermos, keep your drink in a small mug or glass so you will have to get up from your desk to refill your drink.
6.Exercise at your desk. Good options are leg lifts and knee lifts. You also can stand up and do squats to get your legs pumping. Even something as simple as getting up from your desk and walking around your office for a couple of minutes every hour or two can help.
7.If possible, use a sit/stand desk, which can give you the option of being a little bit more active in your workplace.
8.Eat healthy. It is recommended to have small, frequent meals and having healthy snacks such as yogurt, fruit, and peanuts. Eating these types of snacks can stave off hunger and improve weight loss.
9.Stay hydrated whenever you exercise. When exercising you exert a lot of energy and staying hydrated can prevent injuries, cramping, early fatigue, and the possibility of fainting.

As its a cycle ,so it affects your sleep as well as work by what you eat.If you will start eating healthy,you will get a good quality sleep and you will be mentally healthy and efficient to do work.Now a days everyone is running behind the street food/junk food/fast-food as they are good for mouth but when it goes into the body how much it affects your body and what will be its future consequence,nobody knows.The food one eats has a bearing on what one's state of mind and health.
Hence you should choose your diet properly for a Healthy lifestyle. Choose vegetables more than other food because it gives you a healthy Fiber and Fats.
At every meal,especially if you are going to a Restaurant always prefer Salad first ,its very Crucial for your overall mood and Long-term Immunity system.
Shortly Follow these Rules and make it Habits:
- Avoid junk food.
- Eat more greens.
- Add more protein in your food.
- Add Green salad.
- Drink water as much as you can.
5: SAVE WASTED TIME.
Don't waste all your time in the day.I am not saying that you perform activities and self improvement and all.Living in a city you end up a lot of time in stupid activities like,getting stuck in Traffic or walking from one place to another,or even going for a cardio,which i don't thing its stupid but you do end up wasting a little bit of time if you are just spending your time on Exercise and not exercise of your mind.So in a scenario like this most people would like to listen a Music or Radio,but those activities don't really help in the development of your brain.
So the quick solution for this is,instead of choosing Music or Radio at those points of your life choose activities that will help expand your mind.2 solutions, PODCAST and AUDIO BOOKS.
