Though we are living in a loveable country with many loving people, we all go through HEARTBREAKS.So this blog is all about Relationship advice.5 easy steps to overcome any kind of Heartbreak and move towards the best way of Life.

 So the first 2 steps are the Mental aspects.

STEP 1: YOU ARE YOUR OWN TEACHER:

Be Your Own Teacher

Instead of perceiving Life as a mixture of the GOOD and the BAD, start perceiving life as a mixture of the GOOD and the TEACHERS. Any bad incident, any bad person, any bad Relationship that you encounter in your life is just a TEACHER. The purpose of your life is to teach you a lesson and to make you a better version of yourself. Look at everything in that way.  Instead of sulking in your Sadness, try picking up the Mistakes you made, try picking up what you can gain from those mistakes. So that it will develop a positive attitude in your mind.


STEP 2: FOLLOW GOLDEN RULE OF LIFE:

Its all about the Golden Formula of life, "SADNESS HAPPENS TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE PAST, ANXIETY NERVOUSNESS HAPPENS TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE FUTURE, AND HAPPINESS HAPPENS TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE PRESENT." Ok!you got your HEARt broken, All the Pieces of your Heart are on the floor, Now are you going to look at those pieces and Cry yourself to sleep OR are you going to look at those pieces, pick them up and ask yourself the important question"WHY DO WE FALL..?"?. So that we can learn to pick ourselves back up. It's easy to say but very difficult to do, what are the steps involved in curing your HEARTBREAk.And just keep questioning yourself to get rid of that situation, which brings me to the next step.

STEP 3: CUTOFF:


Something that works like absolute magic is completely CUTTING OFF from that person, whether it means blocking them on FACEBOOK, WHATSAPP  or INSTAGRAM just cut them off. OUT OF SIDE IS OUT OF MIND. If a particular person or incident is causing you pain, that  decision is in your hand, that do you want to keep looking at the Photo of that person or the Number of that person and keep feeling bad, or do you want to Do something about that Pain or Feeling. Get rid of that person from your eyes and get rid of that person from your Heart. This will make you feel Energetic and use that Energy in a good way, which brings me to the next step.

STEP 4: CONVERT YOUR PAIN INTO ENERGY:


So the above points are the first steps towards the mending your broken heart, cutting off from the source of pain. But what about the pain that is already captured inside your heart, all that NEGATIVE ENERGY. I have one answer, Don't focus on the word NEGATIVE, focus on the word ENERGY.
I know that you are probably feeling a lot of pain at this moment, a lot of negativity inside yourself. But you should also have to remember that at this time of your life, your fuel tank is completely full. You are at a stage of your life where you are a kind of like a Volcano that's about to erupt.
So instead of letting that negative energy take over you, why don't you try taking over that negative energy? Use that negative energy for Constructive. One of the best decision that you can make in your life at this point is taking all that Energy and focusing towards becoming the better version of yourself. You got all that fire captured inside yourself right now in your life.
Instead of using that fire to burn yourself, Try using that fire to create some kind of explosion in the world.

STEP 5: PERSPECTIVE:




At this stage in your life, you got your heart broken, you are very lightly and young. And you believe that that person broke your heart is probably your Dream partner. And your Dream Partner let you down. You believe them with all your heart to that one person and they let go of you. That's what hurts you. You should remember that yes these negative experiences might help you to become a more positive version of yourself. It's going to teach you a lot of things. But what is also going to do is that it's going to create a Contrast in your head. Every single human being is in a search for their dream partner. All these are the people you meet along the way towards finding the dream partner are only made to be there so that you can learn to contrast your dreamparter against something. All these people are just Teachers. Yes they might have broken your heart and right now in your life, you may not be able to believe that they are just teacher and they are not your dream partner,but trust me if that person let go of you, if that person didn't treat you the way are made to be treated then they probably not made to be in your life. They probably don't deserve the amount of importance you are giving them. In life, there is only 2 way it can go. Either you been with the goods or happiness or the other side, it's not about the losses or negativities, it's about the teachers and the learnings. Learn from the negative experiences and move towards that positive future.



EXTRA TIPS:

   SPENT SOME TIME WITH YOUR PARENTS AND ALSO CHOOSE YOUR NONCENCE AND IDOT FRIENDS AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE...😂😂.COZ THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU.😇
